Shipping Policy and Rates
Orders must be received by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time in order to be processed that day. Some orders may be delayed due to customization (zippers, patches), fraud check (missing information or credit card fraud hold) or verification requirements (badge orders, etc). Orders using UPS Ground shipping will arrive within 1 to 3 business days, not including Saturday and Sunday, following credit card authorization. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time will not be processed until the following business day. All references to delivery days are in business days (Monday through Friday).
ombExpress.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday and UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.
Orders cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii or any of the US territories (Guan, Puerto Rico) and cannot be shipped to APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes and we don't ship via the US Postal Service.
