We have been in the retail business from day one. Our first store was a combination warehouse / retail store as we kept all of our inventory merchandise for the retail consumer but also picked orders that were shipping that day from this same inventory.
We have grown considerably from that humble beginning and have learned a lot about how to better serve you, our customer. Our goal is, of course, to sell more merchandise. But our primary mission is to provide an excellent shopping experience so you will come back and shop with us again.
Our retail store is 5,000 square feet packed with merchandise. We have inventory that is dedicated to our retail showroom only and is restocked daily from the warehouse (same building). If an item isn't in the store, we are happy to get it out of the warehouse for you.
During your shopping experience you can expect the following things:
- Well stocked, brightly lit showroom
- Happy, helpful staff
- Clean shopping environment (we vacuum daily, seriously)
- Easy, ample parking. We have a lot of parking and are in a nice section of Lenexa, KS which is close to other retail shopping possibilities including Bass Pro, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Target and about 40 restaurants. We are thirty minutes away from Cabela's Kansas City, Kansas showroom.
- On-staff uniform tailor. Most of the time you can wait for your uniforms to be altered
- Fair prices. We don't up-charge for retail as some of our competitors do. The low price you see in our catalog is what you can expect in the retail store.
- On-staff gunsmith to install night sights and other minor installs. We don't do traditional gun smithing (performance enhancements, etc).
- Special In-store only promotions and closeouts not offered online or in our catalog.
- Streamlight and Maglite Authorized Repair Center. Bring us your broken Streamlight or Maglite brand flashlights and we will repair them quick, of times at no cost. Most malfunctions are covered by limited, lifetime warranty.
If you haven't been to our retail store, please come by and check it out. For the customer who have shopped with us in the past but haven't seen our new retail store (opened 06/2006) you will be amazed how much bigger and better it is.
